2. GO TO CART –  (1. Check if you have everything you wanted to order; 2. Check the colour; 3. Check the *order total amount.)

3. PROCEED TO CHECKOUT –  (1. Fill in all your detail; 2. In the “order notes” box at the bottom you may fill in any special delivery requests)

4. Click ” PLACE ORDER” – (We will now call you back to: 1. confirm your order; 2. set a time for **delivery; 3. handle your ***payment options.) 

We sell genuine leather handmade bags and accessories direct to the public.

All you need to do is browse our beautiful leather bags , select what you want and add them into your basket. Then follow the simple order process by checking out and filling in your details.

You don’t need to pay when placing your order , payment will be handled when we call you back to confirm your order.

After you have placed your order:

1- We will whatsapp or call you back to confirm your order.

2- Handle the payment. (EFT payment in most cases)

3- Select a delivery time that fit you.

You can also whatsapp or phone us direct and order straight from us over the phone without placing an online order.

Delivery is quick ! As soon as your payment clear , delivery is within 1 (one)+ day in Cape Town , Stellenbosch & Paarl. Delivery to any other town in South Africa , big or small (Jhb , Pretoria , Bloem , Durban, Upington, Pofadder…) will also be quick and will only take 3 (three)+ days. Express next day delivery can be organized if need be.

The natural, authentic character of all leather is unique; therefore, our colours only aim to provide an indication and are not absolute. We will send you a direct picture of your bag colour before confirming your order. 

• *order total amount can change without notice. It will only be confirmed after we call to set terms and conditions of delivery.
• **Deliveries will be done to your door by a premier Nation courier company. Delivery time for Cape Town, Stellenbosch & Paarl is 1+days . Delivery time for the rest of South Africa (JHB, Pretoria, Durban, Bloem and every other Town big or small is 3+ days. Delivery is only done once payment has cleared into our account.
• ***Payment is mainly by EFT , but Direct Bank Deposit is also an option. Cash or Card payment is only an option in some Cape Town areas where we deliver direct and not use a national courier service.

Delivery Charges:

*National delivery at flat rate of R200 per order. If you buy one bag or multiple bags , the delivery charge stay only R200.

Delivery is to your door , done by a premium national courier service.

*National delivery covers over 90% of towns in South Africa. If your delivery is not covered by the National delivery flat rate, we will contact you with an alternative option.

* TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

We do our best to pack the parcel in a safe manor. As soon as the seller hand over the parcel (the products you ordered) to the courier company, all risks and liability that is not covered by the courier company transfer to the buyer.

If any parcel can not be delivered to the address provided by the buyer within the couriers terms, it is at the courier company's discretion to try and deliver again or return the parcel to the sender, at what point the sender will refund the buyer, minus all cost (including courier cost that was offered free) involved to get to this point, minus a R100 handling & packaging fee, minus a 25% restock fee on retail cost of the products that was ordered. If any returned products are deemed unfit for resale, it will not be refunded. If any products returned was specially bought by the seller for the buyer it will not be refunded.
These rules will apply to all products returned, not only un-delivered products, but all sales. 

The seller may cancel the sale partly or wholly at any time, even after payment has been made.
The buyer will be refunded the money he paid in this case, and the seller is not liable or responsible for any loss incurred by the buyer due to non delivery.
